National Scientific Qualification (Abilitazione Scientifica Nazionale, art.16 L. 30/12/2010, n.240) as Associate Professor in Applied Economics, 2013.

Lecturer  (Ricercatore Confermato) in Applied Economics, University of Sannio (Benevento), since January 2005.

Teaching Activities

Since 2005, at University of Sannio, she has continuously taught: Applied Economics (6 CFU) and Economics (9 CFU). Also, for many years: Macroeconomics (9 CFU), Microeconomics (9 CFU), Law and Economics (6 CFU), Economics of migrations and human capital (9 CFU). She achieved excellent evaluations by students (EC_APPL; EC_POL), always above the average of the Course of Study (EC_APPL; EC_POL) and Department (EC_APPL; EC_POL).

In the PhD Program Persona, Mercato e Istituzioni of University of Sannio, and in the PhD Program Diritto dell’Economia of Polytechnic University of Marche, teaches on the topic “Institutions, Industry and Development"

 

Research interests

The main research topics concern institutional quality and economic performance, the role of human capital in the economic growth, migration and brain drain, regional dualisms, industrial organization.

Responsabilità di studi e ricerche scientifiche

Per il Centro Studi Confindustria (sede di Benevento) è Coordinatore del Gruppo di Ricerca del Dipartimento di afferenza (DEMM – Unisannio) nell’ambito del progetto congiunto “Rapporto sull’economia regionale”.

Per RFI – Rete Ferrovie Italiane è Responsabile del Gruppo di Ricerca del Dipartimento di afferenza (DEMM – Unisannio) nell’ambito del progetto congiunto “Analisi socio-economica dell’itinerario Alta Velocità/Alta Capacità Napoli-Bari”.

Per l’Università Federico II di Napoli, è stata responsabile dell’attività di ricerca per la sezione “Impresa e modelli organizzativi. I nuovi paradigmi di Industry 4.0” nell’ambito del progetto “Industria 4.0 e Mezzogiorno” (2017).

Per la Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna di Pisa è stata Responsabile del piano locale di ricerca svolto sul tema “Reti di ricerca, innovazione e trasferimento tecnologico” nell’ambito del progetto “LINK – Piano di potenziamento delle reti di ricerca e di sviluppo del territorio” per l’attuazione di progetti di ricerca e trasferimento tecnologico nel settore dei “Servizi avanzati della Formazione per l’innovazione territoriale” orientati in particolare alle esigenze di sviluppo competitivo delle PMI locali.

 

Attività organizzative

Per il Dipartimento di afferenza è componente: della Commissione Qualità, del Comitato della Ricerca e della Commissione Orientamento.

Per il Corso di Studio in Giurisprudenza è responsabile delegato per la Qualità.
